Hello to my current and future patients!
I officially joined Parkview Integrative Medicine on Monday, October 6th.
Online booking is no longer available at this time. If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please call 260-800-2140 on Thursday or Friday this week.
Starting Monday October 20th, new and return patients will need to call Parkview IM at 260-425-5970 to schedule appointments. Once you have a MyChart profile set up, you’ll be able to book online.
